These are 3/4 inch brushes and the OD of 3/4 inch pipe is about 7/8 inch so they will be a loose fit in the fitting. They work just fine on both the inside and out side of copper fittings for prepping with the proper technique. If you want a tight fitting brush in the fittings you will need a 7/8 brush which I do not sell. Last photo shows sizing for both the 3/4 inch and the 1/2 inch brushes I sell. These brushes are ideal for use in a power tool for rapid prepping of copper sweat fittings. Lot of ten PTBSS-12 stainless steel power tube brushes for general deburring and cleaning operations. Brush diameter is 3/4 inch x 3/4 in long and overall length is 3 1/2 inches. Bristles are .006 in stainless steel, single spiral. Stem is 7/32 in electro-galvanized steel.
