The George Rose publication is a second edition published in London in 1810. The third item is "Speech, of the Rt. Hon. William Windham, in the House of Commons, May the 26th, 1809, on Mr. Curwen's Bill, For Better Security Independence and Purity of Parliament, by Preventing the Procuring or Obtaining of Seats by Corrupt Practices". Condition: Bound in brown half leather, with leather spine and corners with marbled paper boards. There is wear and rubbing to the spine edges and corners. Some discoloration to the covers and the corners are bumped and rubbed through. The text block is sound and the pages are clean and tightly bound.Winning bidder pays $5.50 shipping.
