It features individual photos of graduates as well as photos of member of sports teams and other organizations. There is one notable graduate Clarence Edwin Ayres, mentioned as a graduate student on page 100. Graduate students' photos are not provided. There are group class photos of the undergraduate class of 1914 (page 104), class of 1915 (page 138), class of 1916 (page 146), and class of 1917 (page 156). Wikipedia: " Clarence Edwin Ayres (May 6, 1891 – July 24, 1972) was the principal thinker in the Texas school of institutional economics during the middle of the 20th century. Ayres was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, the son of a Baptist minister. He graduated from Brown University in 1912, and received a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Chicago in 1917. He taught at Chicago from 1917 until 1920, and then moved on to Amherst College in Massachusetts, where he taught until 1923. Following his time at Amherst College, Ayres joined the faculty at the University of Texas at Austin, where he remained until his retirement in 1968." The yearbook: Hardcover, first edition, the yearbook is in good condition. The front and rear hinges are strongly intact. There is no foxing. The front cover has a a partial split on the spine. There are no loose or missing pages. Pages are clean. It measures 10.0" x 7.75." and has a black cover with gilt lettering, gold imprint of Brown University bear, and the seal of Brown University. The book has 300 pages, plus 33 pages of advertisements. Black and white illustrations.this book was found at estate sale sale , kept in vg condition, I used some else’s description because there is only one other on eBay , email me any questions.
