Description: Vintage Unused Broom Labels from 1920 - 1960's. Broom companies had a tough time in the 1930s and 40s when Vacuum Cleaners were mass produced and no longer an expensive luxury item. A lot of Broom Companies went out of business. Some managed to stay through the 1950-60 Era. These Labels over time would be turn up in the old buildings occasionally and some were found in the factories, printers, etc. Some were pasted on the broom & some were wrapped around the handle. Broom Labels without a name were for store owners to put their name on. (L1) See Photo's Left to Right.
