Description: I have here for sale a booklet entitled MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF RICHARD THOMAS & COMPANY LTD. Date of Incorporation 12th September 1884. This document was produced to add new Articles of Association to the company details in 1922 and also included on separate loose pages are details of an EGM held in 1937 to pass certain Ordinary Resolutions. Published by Hazell, Watson & Viney Ltd, London. It details the capital, meetings of members, directors, accounts and dividends, notices, and winding up procedures for the company. Richard Thomas & Co Ltd were an iron, steel and tinplate producer and colliery proprietor based in Wales, near Cardiff.Buff coloured paperback covers with black title lettering to the front cover. Red handwritten name of F W Wilson written at the top of the front cover. One crease to the cover too. In the text there are pencil and red ink amendments and underlinings. Some foxing to the last couple of pages and to the page edges.
