Although the FR: 1615 is plentiful in lower grades. It is extremely scarce in SUPERB GEM grades. At grade 67, scarce is putting it mildly. The RI block only has 3 notes known to have graded higher. Two at grade 68 and the other is at grade 69. Extraordinarily eye appeal coming from this near perfect silver certificate. The note has near perfect and symmetrical margins, top to bottom and left to right. It has a really bright for a FR 1615. It’s printed on pristine paper with razor sharp corners.
