This is a first edition, developed by the US Army Map Service in 1944 as part of the war effort as part of AMS S901. The map was printed in August 1944, just before MacArthur's return in October. Also included is the catalog card for the map, which gives detail on the map. The map is a 20" x 23" and the scale is about 1:5,000. It shows detail and has vivid colors. This map is suitable for framing and guaranteed original. Free shipping is for US addresses via first class mail and I will combine shipping.
