Prior owner's ink inscription to front endpaper, dated 19th Nov, 1952 by David Shelley Michell. Collated, complete. CONDITION In the publisher's original cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with no noticeable faults. other than light fading to margins of boards. Dust wrapper is very smart, with light age-toning to the wraps, particularly the fly leaves and the reverse. Light edge wear has resulted in closed tears to the wraps, one of which has been repaired with tape to the spine region. Light spotting to reverse as well. Prior owner's ink inscription to front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout, with light age-toning to margins.
