Description: 1954 Danbury State Teacher's College Year Book for sale. This school which is located in Danbury, CT was originally called the Danbury State Normal School, the school’s name changed to the Danbury Unit of the Teachers College of Connecticut in 1933, the Danbury State Teachers College in 1937, Danbury State College in 1959 and Western Connecticut State College in 1967 before becoming Western Connecticut State University in 1983. This is a vintage yearbook. This yearbook has photos and information about the students, professors, organizations, and daily life at the school. I did not check every page, but the book appears to be in overall good condition, especially considering it's old age. There is some handwriting in parts of the book. Please review the photos to get a better idea of how this yearbook looks. This yearbook would be great for people that are looking into their ancestry and trying to find their ancestors.
