Includes many pages of mid-century home designs, some typical tri-levels, some more unusual with ground plans and room diagrams. Measures about 11" x 8-1/2" with 64 pages. In very good or better unused vintage condition- was not used in a classroom. Light tanning, minor edge and corner wear. No noticed handwriting. Front cover has a crease on the top right edge. A insurance agent stapled his name on the inside front cover. We recently purchased a large number of paper items from the late 1940's or early 1950's. Formerly owned by a long-time high school home economics teacher, they were all stored in a file cabinet, and unless noted otherwise all were not used in class and have only minor if any storage wear. We have around 150 pieces to offer, and we couldn't find any copies of the vast majority of them anywhere on the internet!
