Description: 1962 Topps Baseball Stamp Panel W/Tab MT Duke Snider Dodgers & Frank Malzone Sox A great item of two popular players. What a great pair. Great vintage item from the pack.Overall size 3-1/8"X1-3/4". Individual stamps are the size of common postage stamp 1-3/4 " X 1-7/8". Rare form of unused stamps comes as origionally issued from the pack of 1962 Topps baseball cards with blue side tab which says: Ask your retailer for the Topps Stamp Album only ten cents. Normally stamps were seperated, the tab discarded and stamps licked and plasted in specially designed stamp album, with the aim to full the album of the 201 diffrent stamps. Stamps with tab in Mt condition are very scarce and sell form 2X -10X the listed price of single stamps. These stamps with tab can be grade by third party grading companies. Ten stamps were issued per team and include a team logo stamp. Stamps issued were of common players, stars and future Hall of Famers. Great to collect for team collectors and type collecting. Great example of vintage Topps incerts. Retail prices range from a minumim of $10. per common panel and eight hundred dollars for PSA high grade Mickey Mantle, Roberto Clemente and Hank Aaron stamps.
