You are purchasing just the Card. Card comes unpunched and comes with proof of purchase still in tact. Card hanger punch has crease - see pic. This item is almost 40 years old now and is becoming harder to find as most children or adults at the time threw away their packaging once opened. Card comes from a smoke free home.
