Description: This is for the cards listed in the title line. Please see picture. Some cards can be sent in a top loader and in an envelope which is less expensive. But with some thicker cards like many Game Used cards that need protection the width of the envelope becomes too thick for the USPS sorting machines and are not allowed. I get a lot of questions about this. Hope you understand. If the shipping charge is $1.49 the card can be sent in an envelope with a top loader. If the shipping cost is $4.50 it is sent in a bubble mailer. Many Game Used must be shipped this way. If you buy several cards there is a huge savings on the shipping cost.
