This one is serial numbered 5,291. Only 25,000 of these coins were made way back when in a one-time minting. While it is nearly 30 years old, it does not appear to be tarnished or toned, and presents beautifully. It is in a hard plastic holder, which has some minor wear, mainly light scratches from storage.The coin itself has likely never been removed from the holder.
