Description: The gearcase had water in it and rusted up the bearings. Gearcase was disassembled to determine what it needed. All the major parts are here except for what I will note. If you choose to repair this unit you will need to repair the gearcase lower fill plug threads first . Repairs of this were attempted but failed. Just my thoughts....Lower drain plug hole will needed welded , drilled, and tapped. A quality aluminum welder/machine shop would be able to complete this. The case is in good condition other than this. No cracks or spun races in the housing. The roller and needle bearings on the driveshaft will need replaced. Propshaft carrier, reverse and forward gear bearings will need replaced. All the original shims are included. Races are removed. Propshaft and drive shaft are in good condition including seal surfaces, splines, and threads. The gears are all in good shape. Maybe a tad of rust but easily reusable. A seal and water pump kit would be recommended as well. OR.... there are a lot of reusable parts here. There might be a bolt, nut, or washer or 2 missing. Standard metric items. No prop hardware or trim tab. All parts are on the cardboard on top of the table in the photos are what is being sold. All shipping is through USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. Least expensive way.
