The 100 Refractor Set was divided up into THREE DIFFERENT DISTRIBUTRION WAYS.......70 Refractors were available within this Binder, 12 Were Redemption only (Trump and other celebrities) and 18 were randomly inserted into hobby boxes (which we also sell). There are 30 others (18 of which can be found in packs of Chromium 1 that were available in Hobby boxes (Which we have for sell), the other 12 Celebrity Refractors were by Redemption Only) Very cool item.
