Description: This is a 1995 Topps Finest Refractor parallel card with peel intact. Some of the protective peels have scratches and/or scuff marks but the cards themselves are fine. Please bid/offer as if the peel were removed, just in case not all of the scratches are visible. So treat it as though you are planning on removing the peel if you win, so that you won't be disappointed with what you receive. Also, I have multiples of most of these, so the item pictured may not be the exact one you receive. However, it will be comparable in condition and centering, and if you are unhappy with condition, I'll issue a refund, so please purchase with confidence. I was contemplating removing the peels before listing these, but wanted to leave them in place so as to protect the card until received by the buyer. Flat-rate shipping fee is $3.00 per order for US addresses. That means you pay one low fee for the entire order, no matter how many cards you win.
