The top of the card has been signed autographed by Lex but it does not have a separate COA. He produced in 1998 by OSFT Original San Francisco Toymakers. He is in his sealed package however the package is a little wavy as well as typical wear to the edges and corners as can be seen in the photos. Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
