We utilize the most reliable and direct shipping methods, including FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight, to ensure prompt and safe delivery. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and shipment. Each fish is carefully inspected and hand-picked to ensure it is in optimal health before shipment. They are packaged in properly conditioned saltwater with balanced pH levels, sealed in heavy-duty poly bags for protection. Oxygen is added to each bag to maintain ideal conditions, and professional sealing technology is used to ensure secure packaging. The bags are then placed inside Styrofoam coolers, along with heat or ice packs, depending on seasonal conditions. Shipping Days: Monday through Thursday each week. Important Information: If we determine that your order is not in excellent condition for shipment, or if weather conditions (extreme cold, heat, holiday delays, etc.) present a concern, we will refund your purchase in full. You may choose to place the order again when the weather improves or we have healthier livestock available. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by FedEx/UPS, though we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise. FedEx/UPS is our most reliable overnight shipping option and generally avoids delays. Live Arrival Guarantee & Replacement Policy: We guarantee live arrival or a full replacement of the item (minus shipping costs). In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the claim must be made within one hour of the recorded delivery time. Please do not remove the deceased item from the shipping bag and do not discard it without prior authorization. Clear, well-lit photos must be submitted within that hour. Do not discard the fish until we receive and acknowledge the photos. The replacement process will be swift. Refusing to follow these steps may void the guarantee. Any credit issued for a DOA will be in the form of store credit only. Once the fish is removed from the shipping bag, responsibility for its health and well-being lies with the owner. We are not liable for any deaths that occur during the acclimation process, due to aggression among tank mates, or if water quality is poor. Care & Acclimation: Please research detailed care requirements for your specific item prior to purchase. For best results, we recommend acclimating for at least 60 minutes.
