2011 Playboy Annual Set: magazine lot, in very good condition

Description: 2011 Annual Set of Playboy Magazines in very good condition. Playboy Annual Set: January to December 2011, complete, in very good condition. Rating/Origin: I am not a professional grader. I am rating these magazines in good faith as a hobbyist with respect to normal criteria. See standard magazine grading scale below. However, these magazines were obtained by me directly from Playboy through the mail, and I immediately placed the magazines in acid-free bags and stored them carefully out of the light in a storage box. Shipping: Perfect-bound (non-stapled) Playboys (post-1986) fit in a regular 5.5” tall USPS Medium Priority Box for $13.50. If there is any room left in the box, I will combine shipping. Priority Shipping: I use USPS Priority Shipping because only libraries are allowed to ship magazines using media mail. While it is not policed perfectly, when they catch you, it is expensive. Also, the US Postal Service is automated, and the machines are brutal on envelopes. Of course, we have all had a package delivered to us with tire marks on it, right? I post those pictures on Instagram. Anyway, for a few more dollars, the magazine is shipped correctly and the odds of it arriving safely are near perfect. It is worth the extra three or four dollars. If there were a better way, I’d do it. I am not trying to increase costs for no reason. Requests: I take requests. Don’t see something you are looking for? I just haven’t gotten to it. There will be a number of minor handling and/or manufacturing defects. 8.0 Very Fine. An attractive collectible with a moderate defect or an accumulation of small defects. 7.0 FN/VF. An above-average collectible with a major defect or an accumulation of small defects. 6.0 Fine. A slightly above-average collectible with a major defect and some smaller defects, or a significant accumulation of small defects. 5.0 VG/FN An average collectible with several moderate defects. 4.0 Very Good. A below-average collectible with multiple moderate defects. 3.0 G/VG A collectible that shows extensive evidence of handling with several moderate-to-major defects. 2.0 Good. A collectible that shows extensive evidence of handling with numerous moderate-to-major defects. 1.0 Fair. A very poorly handled collectible with a heavy accumulation of major defects. 0.5 Poor.
