The single piece brackets are laser cut from cold rolled steel, designed to be as light as possible, while retaining the necessary strength to handle the increased torque of the 300 motor.The competition cheaps out with 2 thin pieces brackets that are prone to bending and misalignment under normal use. Their addition of non triangulated "beauty" cutouts to their brackets, in an attempt to reduce weight, has further weaken their bracket's ability to withstand the weight and vibration of normal use. The spacers are cut from 6061 aluminum rod, to the proper size of both the motor and the frame, and comes with grade 8 hardware and nylock nuts. The chain roller utilizes a delrin cover with a proprietary design. After the cover forms to the shape of your chain, wear becomes non-existent. This also results in an ear and embarrassment saving deceleration, something you wont get with the competition's kit.
