Like many braided slot cars, arranging the braids to evenly contact the rails on the track is critical to good performance. Braids should be wide & from on the rails, yet NOT TOO MUCH so as to lift the nose of the car out of the slot. Duct Tape peeled back on itself allows you to clean the rear tires easily by rolling the REAR TIRES over the tape until they stop leaving (dirt) marks. Fresh Rubber is also critical to peak handling performance. May not work on certain systems like Carrera 1/43rd, Go etc. Sold as is.
