Description: These two hoverboards were purchased last year along with several others. These 2 had bad battery packs. They were gifts to my grandchildren and we didn't have the receipts and hoverboard would not warranty them. They've sat around on my front porch long enough. I took them apart to troubleshoot them myself. The voltage to the battery from the charger board is there. The batteries are not included in the boxes unless you want them. I took one apart and found a dead cell. The other wouldn't take a charge so I assume it's bad too. I will ship by the lowest cost possible. I may ship separately to reduce the charges. If what you pay exceeds what it costs me I will refund the difference. If it costs me more, oh well, my loss.
