Description: 5 Pen & Ink Pretty Ladies New Year Antique Postcards. 1 w Color. Nicely Drawn This is a nice selection of NEW YEAR postcards that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s. This mixture shows PRETTY LADIES that have been drawn in the PEN & INK style. One of these is in color. These postcards show ladies with pretty hats, nice outfits, and one shows a couple in a horse drawn carriage. The postcards are nicely drawn, and they have good detail that makes them pleasing to look at. These are flat printed postcards. They were made by different publishers. Two of these are foreign postcards and written in German and French, with stamps from Belgium and Hungary. These are good postcards to add to a collection. They would appeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a nice selection of antique New Year postcards at a reasonable price. The postcards are UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (4) with cancel dates of 1907-20. Some of these postcards would have been "Printed in Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are in good condition. Regarding condition, please note that we try to remove damaged postcards from our lots, and only sell those postcards that are worth having in a collection. However, because of their age, please expect some creases, cuts, stains, and edge wear on the postcards. We do not want you to be disappointed.
