Description: A & H Doll ~ Alaskan Inuit "Dolls of the World," 7.5 in, 1970's VTG Original owner. I got this doll as a gift in the 1970's. She stood in a doll cabinet behind glass for a few years before going into perpetual storage at my parents' house for decades. She's made of a lightweight plastic and weighs only 1.5 ounces. She can stand on her own. Her hazel eyes open and close. Her tan parka is made of felt, and it is trimmed along its hemline, sleeve edges, and hood with faux fur, and is secured at the back with two snaps. A strip of embroidered trim in red, blue, and yellow above the fur mimics the beadwork that a real parka would have. Underneath, a piece of royal blue satin covers her 'privates;' it is stapled in place. She has calf-high white boots. The branding embossed on her back says A & H Doll Made in Hong Kong. A label sewn into the inside seam of her parka also says Made in Hong Kong. SEE ALL PHOTOS. Will be donated to charity if she doesn't sell at low, introductory price. I am a hobby seller, not a dealer.
