India Miniature Painting on Mica Gold Indian School Flute Player For sale is a very interesting antique gouache painting on mica that dates to the 19th century (or earlier). I am not an expert when it comes to determining which region or Indian school this was painted, but it is in excellent condition for its age, and it is made with a lot of gold leaf which really makes it stand out. The mica has a couple small natural lines/cracks which are hard to see, which are mostly in the corners. This small painting measures 4-3/8" inches long by 2.75" inches wide, and the frame measures 12-7/8" inches long by 11-3/8" inches wide.
