Description: Offered is this beautiful and unusual antique majolica platter. Made in the 1800's by Thurner in Wasmuel and marked as seen in photo with a B for Belgium. It features geometric and floral, almost Persian motifs. Just beautiful. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It has overall glaze crazing and 2 stilt marks on the front from being fired in the kiln which is normal for antique majolica. It has a rim nibble but is glazed so done at the factory. It measures 12.5 inches long by 9.25 inches wide. This will look amazing in your collection. We have 2 available, sold separately.
