Antique MOE BRIDGES Reverse Painted GLASS SHADE BLUE FLORAL BOUDOIR LAMP

Description: Up for auction and fresh to the market from an old estate comes this Fine vintage Moe Bridges reverse painted art glass shade lamp. This Size of lamp is referred to as a Boudoir lamp but can used just about anywhere you like as an accent lamp on a table in a foyer, a bed side lamp, a desk lamp and the option are endless. The lamp stands approximately 13" tall to the top of the finial knob, the shade is 8" wide across the bottom. The glass shade is frosted and has a chipped ice effect on the outside and hand painted on the interior with colorful flowers. The metal base is factory painted Beigh off white color with darkened areas where the art deco pattern design in the metal in incised. There are some small subtle paint wear chips on the light socket and the metal cap that sits on top of the shade and that's it. The base is marked on the bottom underside (see photo). The electric cord is an older replacement, and its work find. The Shade is not marked buts its 100% a Moe bridges design. There are 2 very small subtle nick chips on the bottom underside edge of the shade (see photo) and that's it. I used a low wattage florescent bulb, so it looks great lit up or unlit. Great old charming lamp!
