Description: This is a large Glass hanging Industrial or School Lamp Fixture. It very much resembles a Brascolite or Peerlite fixture, but the shade is one piece instead of 2 pieces. The globe/shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and stands about 8 inches tall. The fitter size is about 6 inches. Overall height is about 12 inches tall without the chain and canopy. The chain is about 20 inches long and can be adjusted for desired height. The vented fitter has 2 extra drilled holes in it as the lamp was originally wired in a series with other lamps. This lamp has been professionally rewired with an added ground wire and includes the new mounting hardware. The lamp/light is all original except for the canopy, which has been replaced due to extensive damage. The combination of a clear and frosted shade allows for maximum illumination without a bright glare. I have a second identical lamp listed separately which I acquired at the same time. It is identical to this lamp. (It is labeled #1) The last photo shows the two lamps together, BUT THIS LISTING IS FOR ONLY ONE LAMP. Please see all photos and use as part of the description.
