B550i Gaming Edge MAX Wifi (BROKEN but i know it is Fixable)

Description: Looks brand new, comes in the original box with all accessories and overall is in mint condition except the scratch on the back. Currently working good only sometimes (maybe 20% of the time) Got badly scratched on the back at 1 small spot during a computer mod and 2 traces were cut on the motherboard. After quick soldering job, motherboard seems to work fine and boot into windows. But randomly shutdowns or stop working and sometimes, the power button is not effective to turn the pc OFF. Only way to turn off sometimes is to remove the power cable. I am CERTAIN that a more experience welder/fixer could easily get it to work normally again. I gave it my best shot but really needed a functioning computer so ended up just swapping the motherboard and not spending more time on it. I hope you can fix it back to normal, its a 300$ motherboard. NO RETURNS. Its broken. You are aware of it.
