Description: This is a Beatles 45 record EP titled "Souvenir Of Their Visit To America" originally released in 1964 by VeeJay to compete with Capitol’s “Four by the Beatles” EP in Spring 1964! It features four songs including "Misery," "Anna," “A Taste of Honey” and "Ask Me Why." The record is in excellent EX condition, a couple marks and scuffs, and with a high-fidelity mono audio. It is a first pressing on black vinyl with a cardboard color alternate picture sleeve. Notice the drawings of the faces are different than the original VJ “souvenir” picture sleeve from 1964. Thus the “alternate” picture sleeve is a valuable piece for collectors of British Invasion rock and roll music, in place of trying to find a 1964 original PS! This is a beautiful replacement picture sleeve with an original 1964 VeeJay 4 song EP disc with clean Rainbow labels and a great playing disc!! The press printing on the labels is listed as Spizer code VJ EP 903.02B, regarding Bruce Spizer ‘s book SWAN SONGS. Enjoy!!
