The restaurant La Tour d'Argent of Paris is famous for the same dish. This is a beautiful piece of cast iron, made in France, and would look fabulous in a farmhouse style kitchen or as a shop or restaurantas a decorative statement piece. Anthony Bourdain called duck press the most medieval of all kitchen tools. The press is still fully functioning, complete, and turns freely. It's in good condition, except the spout who is slightly damaged (see photos), with rust in some parts.
