The cardboard hang tag may only be in fair condition, the tape is wonderful - a special vintage find. This item is perfect for that old Cinelli, Masi, Hetchins, Reynolds 531 or Columbus SL bicycle that you have. This tape was all the rage in the early 1980's on Campagnolo Nuovo or Super Record equipped bicycles.
