Features enamel on copper portrait of Joseph Haydn, with a castle scene around the edge and coat of arms to the rear. Lid opens to commemorate "The Father Of The Symphony" with dates 1732-1809. Limited edition with individual certificate of authenticity #141/1000. Bottom marked with the English royal insignia and "Bilston & Battersea Enamels". Very good overall condition with fully functional lid. No chips, cracks or losses. Minor wear to the copper and porcelain where the lid closes (please see photo).
