It is lined and has a full zip closure in back with a hook and eye on top. There are a few missing beads that are mostly near the shoulder straps and several tiny spots and one small blemish near the hem. These will not be easily seen as you have to look for them. The fabric is delicate, so there are a few pulls/tiny tears in the sheer fabric as well. I have not had this dress dry cleaned, so the spots very well could come out. Please see last few photos.
