They are foldable, which is rare for Chrome Hearts, but I have never used them in the folded state, so the case is unused. The nose pads were too low for me, so I had them replaced with the current pads at an eyewear specialty shop. The included items are demo lenses (dark green), the case, a warranty (a stamp in a small booklet), and the receipt. Please note that there is no invoice like the one that comes with a ring purchase.
