The frame being in the very ornate Florentine style with scrolling open leaf patterns throught. The top with a fleur de lis styled design. The frame is a free standing frame suitable for displaying a small mirror, a photo, a picture, or dried pressed floral displays...etc. You can also wall hang the frame as displayed in our picture section. The frame with all of the original stand parts, including the screw and nut as well as the original wire picture braces The gilded surface with a fine antiqued worn patina very appropriate for age and adding a wonderful antique aesthetic to the frame. Currently holding a blank piece of oval glass. The glass it's not considered part of the sale, but will be packed and shipped along with the frame.
