THEY ARE ALL IDENTICAL LOOKING AND FUNCTIONING! THE SERIAL NUMBER AND UPC CODE OF COURSE WILL BE DIFFERENT ON THE ONE YOU RECEIVE BUT THEY ARE ALL THE SAME TYPE AND OPERATION! THE ANTENNAS AND CHARGERS ARE IDENTICAL ALSO!! NOTE!!! I have several of these routers. They all have the remote wired omnidirectional indoor-outdoor antenna, and charger, the good one! I WAS TOLD SOME OF THEM WERE NEVER USED, BUT SINCE I CANNOT TELL WHICH ONES MIGHT BE UNUSED, I LIST THEM AS "USED"!! They all have has rack mounting brackets. The antenna can be placed outside if wanted, or used indoors. These types have a fantastic range in all directions! It hooks in at the back of the router with the very long cord attached to the antenna. THE RACK BRACKETS ARE REMOVED AND TAPED TO THE BODY OF THE ROUTER AND ALL THE SCREWS ARE PLACED BACK IN THE HOLES! YOU CAN EASILY REINSTALL THEM WITH A PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER, OR JUST LEAVE THEM OFF!! THE LAN PORTS ON THESE HAVE SAFETY PLUGS IN SEVERAL OF THE DIFFERENT PORTS, AND ONE IN THE PORT TO THE LEFT OF THE LAN PORTS (GE WAN). THE EASY WAY TO REMOVE THESE PLUGS BEFORE YOU USE THE PORTS, IS TO HOLD THE SPRING CLIP UP WITH YOUR FINGERNAIL AND AT THE SAME TIME, GRASP THE SIDE WITH A TWEEZERS AND LIFT IT OUT OF THE SOCKET.....MY FINGERS WERE TOO BIG TO DO THIS WITHOUT TWEEZERS! I TRIED JUST TO SEE WHAT THESE BLACK PLASTIC PLUGS WERE. THEY COME RIGHT OUT, AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLUG ANYTHING INTO ANY PORTS WITH THESE CAPS IN PLACE!! THIS is a Cisco router, 819-4G.
