Each stool weighs approximately 13 pounds These stools are preowned, but in good condition. Gently used with just minor wear. The fabric cushions do not have holes, rips, tears or stains on them, but they do have light wear from normal wear the same way an upholstered couch would. See picture 5 for a close up. A sweater shaver would likely take care of any pulls. Stools will be disassembled for shipping, but the assembly is very easy. Only an Allen wrench and standard Philip screwdriver is needed to reassemble, and the instructions can be viewed online. By disassembling the stools, the shipping cost will be less expensive for you. I will also do local pick-up if you’re in my area. Please review photos closely for more details of item description and condition, including measurements, if applicable. International Buyers While most of my items ship within the US only, I am open to shipping internationally. If the item weighs more than a pound, I round up to the next pound as it doesn’t make a difference when shipping within the US once the item exceeds a pound. It does however make a difference when shipping internationally, so please message me for a more accurate, likely cheaper, shipping quote. Any and all custom fees, additional taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the international buyer. Problems or Issues Upon Delivery Should you have any issues upon receiving your item, please contact me first to discuss. If an oversight has occurred on my part, I will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Damaged Items While I cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves my hands, I will assist the buyer in filing a claim with the carrier should the item arrive damaged. The carrier will need pictures of the box, packaging/wrapping used and damaged item, along with proof of purchase and a picture of the item before it shipped (listing photos.) Buyer must hold on to the item and packaging until they pay on the claim as sometimes the carrier will ask that the item be physically brought in to them to inspect. Again, please notify me within a week of delivery so we can get the situation resolved as quickly as possible together. Item Not Received If you haven’t received your item in the expected timeframe, please contact me. I always purchase my labels through eBay so you will have the tracking information the moment I create the label. If the item shows delivered, I recommend contacting the carrier and your neighbors to see if a mistake was made by USPS. There has been an uptick in “Porch Pirate” thefts or mailbox theft, and I cannot be held responsible for what happens once the item has been delivered. I highly recommend anyone who has been a victim of mail theft to report it to their local police station, regardless of the cost of the item. Return Policy I do accept returns on most items; however, if an item is damaged or defaced by the customer, or if a new item is returned opened, used or without the tag(s) attached, the refund amount will be reduced by up to 50% as allowable by eBay.
