This is the Holiday variant edition of the figure. It is in a brand new in an box, but it was opened to see if there was actually a figure in the box. I had been swindled out of the Poison Ivy variant, as the box was shipped to me, empty, so I had to check the Catwoman box, since they were from the same seller.
