Description: This 1985 Department 56 ceramic Christmas Village Home is part of the Snow Village line and titled, "Haversham House". It is in good condition, but there is one chip along the upstairs ledge on the left side of the home. The chip blends in with the snow, so it is difficult to see upon first glance. There are small chips along the base of the backside of the house as well. Outside of those areas, there are no additional notes of chips, cracks, or other damage. This item was made in Taiwan, with the markings on the base reading "Haversham House @ Dept 56" with the original sticker still intact as well. There is no light or original packaging included. It's a beautiful standalone piece or addition to any Dept. 56 collection!
