Piece has never been worn and still have clear plastic cover on crystal. Comes with original wood box, paperwork, price tag, original packaging and original outer white cardboard storage box. Watch is not currently running. I am presuming it needs a new battery. Outer white cardboard box shows shelf wear and is taped in various places. Inner wood box is in fabulous condition. Some deterioration showing on inner lining of wood box (flaking of white lining). Item is sold as is, as described!
