INTERIOR IS UNLINED WITH SELF BELTING. SKIRTING IS TRIMMED IN MATCHING ROWS OF BLACK COTTON ON THE BOTTOM. CONDITION: THIS PIECE NEVER HAD ANY CLOSURES, ONES COULD BE ADDED IF DESIRED. THERE IS ONE HOLE ON THE LET MIDDLE SIDE JUST ASIDE A PLEAT THAT IS LESS THAN THE SIZE OF A PENCIL ERASER WITH A PINHEAD FRAY ON THE SAME SIDE TOWARDS THE WAISTLINE.
