Made by “The Lilley Co., Columbus, Ohio." Size: 7, the inner hat circumference is 22". Condition: very little wear. Colors are vibrant, no fading. The visor shows scuff marks here and there…. see pictures. No mothball or musty odor. I also have a Masonic Plum Chapeau hat with black ostrich feathers listed, purchased at the same estate auction.
