Description: Sweater has a v-neck that dips down low and dramatic puffy ruffled sleeves. It is new without tags but I did notice that on the edges you can see a little fuzzing of the material which is completely normal for this type of material. There is no pilling or other condition issues to note. If you look at the very last photo you can see what I mean about how the material is with the fuzzing.I have included some measurements to help you ensure a proper fit. Measurements are approximate due to the stretch factor. The material is very heavy and super stretchy. Shipping prices are based solely on the weight of the item so this one will be a little more than normal. This will be a nice warm sweater for someone.
