This has a typed description found in the dolls hat box with photo about Lenci and the doll referred to as a French Maiden. Also in the box is another hat and and possibly original piece of tape on the lid used during shipping . The reverse side of the round Lenci tag has a possible identification. Facial expression and eyes are beautiful. Overall condition is exceptional for it's age. Our limited research, we could not find another example! The consignor believed this dated to the 1930s or 40s. If your a serious collector of Lenci and have never seen another. This might be your only chance to add this to your collection!
