This print by Italian artist Nani Tedeschi is entitled, "125S e 125 F1, prime auto Ferrari," and depicts the first engine and first car Ferrari produced, the 125S. This 1947 model, of which only three were built, started fourteen races, and logged six wins, two second-place finishes, and one fifth spot. The 125S debuted at Italy's Piacenza Racing Circuit. The single overhead camshaft V12 125 engine produced 118 bhp at 7,000 rpm, and sported three double-choke Weber carburators. The 125C is also depicted here, essentially the same car with a few tweaks and covered wheels. Tedeschi has held solo exhibitions around the worldincluding in Vienna, Hamburg, New York, Tokyo, Sao Paoloand of course all over Italy. Tedeschi's fascination with Ferrari began in 1985, and the book, Ferrari e dintorni was published in 1988 by Cassa di Risparmio di Modena.
