Do try hard to portray bikes and parts fairly and openly. Do not like passing on bad parts, wastes everyone's time and efforts. So we work a bit slowly, but the quality is predictable. Any of the few helpers working on GBOL's bikes are trained to do fundamentals first. They would have inspected/measured major parts for history, and then look at moving parts for current adjustment. Then we marinate the bikes joints for days, to take apart carefully, not in a rush. We try to preserve as much of the original parts as possible. Changing parts when excessively worn, or to benefit of new usage. Balls/grease are an exception, they are changed precautionarily often.
