Description: Griswold Cast Iron #12 Marked Dutch Oven Trivet Plated **CRACKED** A hard to find piece that would be a worthy placeholder with crisply cast markings and surprisingly intact plating. Condition: ****there are THREE CRACKS the radiate from the center of the trivet and are visible are BOTH SIDES of the piece****. Sits flat on the three small feet. The trivet surface is NOT flat as illustrated in the last photo with a ruler. The plating is overwhelmingly intact especially on the "12" marked side. Most of what you see seems to be baked on oil. There are at least a few rust spots that I did notice on this side which are around or slightly larger than the head of a ballpoint pen. The fully marked side does have some larger rust spots, which I've provided a few close-up photos (21 & 23) of to demonstrate.
