The clear areas then extend approximately 2.5″ until they meet the top and bottom edges of the filter. A narrow 1.2 band of density with larger clear areas directly above and below it allows the Haida 100 x 150mm Red Diamond Horizon Line Graduated Neutral Density 1.2 Filter to specifically match the positioning of the sun when it is at, or immediately above, the horizon.
